Hi Cyndy, Sorry it's taken me so long to respond to your 'chicken' question! LOL But I don't think seasoning the flour would change anything...in fact, sometimes I add different seasoning to flour too just for variation! Hope you like it! It's delicious! Have a blessed day, Amy
