Friday's Feast

Welcome to my first feast! Enjoy!

Appetizer
What was your favorite cartoon when you were a child?

The Bugs Bunny-Road Runner Hour...beep beep!

Soup
Pretend you are about to get a new pet. Which animal would you pick, and what would you name it?

Well, we just got chickens so I don't really need to pretend. LOL! They are named Elizabeth, Samantha, Molly and Gladys. I named Gladys. Doesn't that sound like an appropriate chicken name?

Salad
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how much do you enjoy getting all dressed up for a special occasion?

It's about an 8.5 since there are very few special occasions that I need to get dressed up for.

Main Course
What kind of music do you listen to while you drive?

Most often Christian Contemporary, but I also like Blue Grass. On our drive to the Grandparents this Spring I made the kids listen to Vivaldi. Loved it!

Dessert
When was the last time you bought a clock? And in which room did you put it?

About a month ago. It was only $.33 at IKEA. It was battery operated and I planned to use it in my bedroom but it ticked so loud I took the battery out.

I still enjoy watching Looney Tunes.

Those chickens are lucky to have such lovely names.

Welcome to Friday Feast! I hope you will come dine with us again next week!

Chickens! What cool pets and Gladys was my grandmother's name! I'm not sure she would agree that it is appropriate for a chicken, but then, she is long gone so I guess it's okay! lol

Have a great weekend and please join my feast if you can.

Just Some Thoughts

FoghornLeghorn...I sa-sa-say, Son!

I have a new stray kitty that has been keeping me company in the mornings. It's a smaller kitty and I'm not sure if its a boy or girl, but I have in my mind named it "Tiglet"...colored like a little tiger, bounces like Tigger, sweet, tiny face like Piglet.

10...I have few occasions but I've always been pretty girly and love to get dressy.

Main Course
What kind of music do you listen to while you drive?
Christian rock...The Less, is one of our local groups...great mentors for our young students and their music is getting better and better. I grew up listening to bluegrass with my Daddy and Uncle RC.
I played trumpet for 18 years and can't pass up a good chorale, either... : * (once an embouchure, always and embouchure!)

Dessert
When was the last time you bought a clock? And in which room did you put it?
My new oven has a great digital clock...and a convection oven that I love--in my kitchen!
